Wybrane aspekty nierówności społecznych wiedzy i postępu technicznego

Abstract

Celem badania jest wykazanie pojawiania się i pogłębiania nierówności społecznych dookoła świata. Powodem ich pogłębiania jest wzrost wiedzy i wykorzystania nowych technik. Duża część ludności w swoich warunkach społeczno-ekonomicznych nie może sobie pozwolić nie tylko na użytkowanie, ale także na zrozumienie najnowocześniejszych osiągnięć i najnowsze rozwiązania nauki. Z drugiej strony postęp technologiczny pozwala na: wyjście ze sfery ubóstwa. Problemem jest ograniczenie przepaści między potencjalnym a rzeczywistym produkcja. Pomoc płynąca z bogatych krajów nie zawsze jest przemyślana i tak jest niezbyt skuteczny. Dlatego pojawia się konieczność lepszej identyfikacji przyczyn i skutki nierówności społecznych, zwłaszcza w krajach ubogich.The aim of the study is to show up the fact that social inequalities appear and deepen around the world. The reason for their deepening is the growth of knowledge and usage of new techniques. The big part of population in its social and economic conditions cannot afford not only for usage but also for understanding the most modern achievements and the newest solutions of science. On the other hand, technological progress permits for leaving the poverty sphere. The problem is to limit the gap between potential and actual production. The aid coming from the rich countries is not always thought over and so it is not very effective. That is why there appear the necessity for better identification of causes and results of social inequalities, especially in poor countries.
