Abstract

Technologia blockchain znajduje obecnie szerokie zastosowanie w różnych sektorach gospodarki, takich jak przemysł, finanse i medycyna, oferując transparentne zarządzanie danymi. W Polsce, mimo rosnącego znaczenia tej technologii, wciąż brakuje odpowiednich regulacji prawnych. Artykuł analizuje istniejące przepisy oraz potrzebę wprowadzenia zmian w celu dostosowania przepisów do dynamicznego rozwoju technologii i zapewnienia konkurencyjności przepisów na tle Unii Europejskiej.Blockchain technology is currently widely used in various sectors of the economy, such as industry, finance and medicine, offering transparent data management. Despite the growing importance of this technology, Poland still seems to lack appropriate legal regulations. The article analyzes the existing regulations and the need for changes, in order to adapt the regulations to the development of technology and provide competitive regulations compared to the European Union.
