Upowszechnienie internetu i rozwój publikacji elektronicznych umożliwiły konstruowanie e-podręczników, w których używane są mechanizmy interakcyjności, hipertekstualności i elastyczności strukturalnej. W polskiej rzeczywistości oświatowej podręczniki w formie elektronicznej zostały dopuszczone do użytku szkolnego w 2009 r. U progu dekady ich edukacyjnego wykorzystywania pojawia się potrzeba refleksji teoretyczno-metodologicznej nad tożsamościowymi zadaniami nowoczesnych hipermedialnych e-podręczników. Poetics and e-literature

Following the development of e-literature and the state of research on the subject both in Poland and abroad, the author attempts to outline research perspectives for e-poetics. This discipline, barely over twenty years old, concerns the study of literary texts that are created with the use of digital technologies. Hypertextual works available online and via digital carriers are characterized by intermediality and interactivity, and they differ from printed literature in that computers are indispensable tools for their creation, existence and reception. What are the consequences of this change of medium for literature, its structure, the process of communication with the reader and the interpretative possibilities? How can one describe the relationship between the old and the new form of a literary text? Finally, why is it important to introduce research on electronic literature into academic education?
Xanadu - kraina hiperobfitości

The review is of a book by Mariusz Pisarski, “Xanadu. Hipertekstowe przemiany prozy” [„Xanadu. Hipertext Changes in Fiction”], first published in 2013. On the one hand, the reviewer appreciates the author’s attempt at a comprehensive presentation of all aspects of hypertext fiction (structure of lexis, hyperlink features, connection models, differences in structure) and its relations with avant-garde literary tradition, theory of literature and text studies, on the other hand she provides some critical remarks concerning numerous mistakes, omissions and inconsistencies. Pisarski’s book presents a wealth of topics and references, provides a summary of existing research positions, but is too cautious in marking out new paths.
