Axiological Analysis of the Conceptual Categorial Apparatus of Professional Burnout in the System of Education

The importance of professional health is actualized. The structural-logical scheme of the genesis of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the study was constructed and its axiological and structural-functional analysis of “professional burnout” was carried out. Specifies the author’s interpretation of the definition of “professional burnout”; the structural and logical scheme of the process of professional burnout is developed.

We developed, justified and verified methodological foundations for the professional training of specialists in public management of quality and security of socio-cultural forms of education, science and innovation systems of diploma-training of future representatives of the academic sphere, successors of scientific heritage of the trans-boundary level to consolidate the efforts of quality and safety cohesion of acquired and prolonged trajectories of employment and professional development , pleasure insurance according to the needs and requirements of interested and academically worthy and capable categories of applicants for educational and scientific services and consulting and advisory services to build intellectual and emotional capacity of perspective development of transcultural interaction of communicative perception of understanding and consent of diverse categories of society without breaking the biosocial stability equilibrium. We achieved the goals of axiological analysis of conceptual and categorical apparatus with regard to the problem of professional training of future public management specialists on the basis of scientific schools of managerialism in philosophical, psychological and pedagogical and managerial literature; we established the semantics of organization of professional training of future public management specialists for teaching activity ; we justified the structure of professional competence of future public management specialists. We applied a set of methods – axiological analysis, systemic and institutional for semantics of the training management system in higher education institutions and the development of methods for organizing professional training of future public management specialists for teaching activity; method of analogy and probabilistic modeling.
Formation of Management-Qualitological Competences Amongspecialists in Education Quality Problem

The article substantiates the existence of a social contract for highly qualified specialists, professionals in quality management in the HEF. On the basis of the introduced definition “model of professional training of future specialists ineducation quality in HEF”, the structural and functional model of the system of professional training of such specialists was developed. The training of quality management professionals is based on the international principles of technical regulation in the fields of education, science and innovation, which determines the application of the ISO standards metric. A two-faceted methodology for organizing the professional training of quality specialists in the HEF is proposed.
Implementation of Applied Training Techniques to the System of Postgraduate Education

The paper presents the analysis of the practical training methods, which are used during professional training of specialists in ecology in the system of postgraduate education. The method of projects and training, as the best methods of professional development, are described. The importance of application of binary teaching methods is analyzed; their integral effect on professional development in the system of postgraduate education is shown.
Methodology of Scientific Knowledge of Educational Axiology of Europeanisation

The concrete scientific methodology of sociological research expresses the system of prevailing ruling principles of theoretical concepts, techniques, methods and means of technical regulation, which unites the complex of theoretical and methodological basis and the architecture of the outline of the sociological field of sciences and knowledge, normalized by means of regulators of the system analysis in the quality of sociological research by levels: high – fundamental and philosophical foundations of sociological knowledge; sufficient – approaches, principles, techniques, methods of general scientific interdisciplinary and fundamental knowledge; concretely determinative – set of parametric evaluation in the methods and procedures of the social and philosophical technique of theoretical and applied research. The most used philosophical methods are analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, abstraction, generalization and specification, observation and analogy, modeling and forecasting. In the perspective of social and philosophical study, the above-mentioned methods of analysis acquire semantic application in the study of social and cultural objects of the organization in the field of education, science and innovation (namely, multidimensional analysis acquires the status of content analysis).

The paper is devoted to understanding the influence of economic competitiveness and environmental sustainability on education. It was concluded that national economic competitiveness is linked to intellectual and capital and is driven by knowledge, and innovation. Sustainable development requires an understanding of the complexity of the global ecosystem and of creative problem-solving to find solutions to ‘wicked problems’ such as that of reconciling economic activity with a sustainable environment. It was highlighted the following overarching needs to: give a higher profile to the notion of interdependence: how closely one part of an ecosystem is linked to and depends upon another; making humanity more aware of its own fragility on this planet; highlight the role of cooperation: problems faced will only be resolved by international cooperation; develop the notion of a global public good: environmental sustainability can only be achieved by trans ceding particular national or individual needs.
Organization of Professional Training of Communication Management and Communications Specialists

The article substantiates, develops and experimentally verifies the model of the organization of professional training of communication management communications specialists in higher educational institutions in the synergy of functional and purposeful, content and methodological, organizational and technological as well as relevant subsystems. It clarifies and improves conceptual and categorical apparatus that belongs to the scientific thesaurus and vocabulary regarding information security in the field of education, science and innovation of the research apparatus. The communicative and motivational, participative and conative as well as informational and noospheric criteria have been determined. The following levels have been defined: medium, sufficient and high for the professional competence formation of communication management and communications specialists in higher educational institutions. The paper also defines educational and content modules of disciplines for communication management and communication specialists − management and educational policy, methodology of scientific research and training of professionally oriented disciplines; forms, methods and means for organizing educational and scientific as well as cognitive activity.

It is determined the features of structural organization of recreation sphere, the state and prospects of its development. The structural and organizational scheme of conceptual-categorical apparatus of recreation has been developed. There were clarified existing approaches and classification features based on the developed classifications and suggested author’s approaches, features and species.
