Abstract

Artykuł opisuje największy europejski program wspierający międzynarodową wymianę akademicką z perspektywy rozwoju zawodowego bibliotekarzy naukowych. Opisano historię programu, a także przedstawiono jego realizację w Uniwersytecie Rzeszowskim. Scharakteryzowano wyjazdy w celach szkoleniowych pracowników Biblioteki UR do bibliotek europejskich, a także doświadczenia własne ze stażu w bibliotekach akademickich w Lecce i Peruggii.The article presents the largest European program supporting international academic exchange from the viewpoint of professional development of research librarians. The author describes the history of the program, both in the world and in Poland, as well as shows the implementation of the program in Rzeszow University. The author also describes training trips of the staff of the Library of Rzeszow University to European libraries as well as her own experience from the training in academic libraries in Lecce and Perugia.
