| dc.description.abstract | Treść artykułu została ukierunkowana na określeniu zadań spoczywających na nauczycielach akademickich w kontekście kształcenia e-learningowego. W części pierwszej podjęto próbę określenia miejsca nauczyciela akademickiego w procesie kształcenia e-learningowego, z uwzględnieniem aktualnych trendów edukacyjnych. Część druga stanowi szczegółowe omówienie funkcji, jakie pełnić powinien wykładowca w swojej pracy dydaktycznej z uwzględnieniem kognitywno-konstruktywistycznej teorii uczenia się. Podsumowanie opracowania stanowią rekomendacje dla uczelni wyższych i nauczycieli akademickich w zakresie skutecznego stosowania technologii e-learningowych w procesie kształcenia. | pol |
| dc.description.abstract | The content of the article is focused on defining the tasks of academic teachers in the context of e-learning education. In the first part, an attempt was made to define the position of an academic teacher in the e-learning process, taking into account current educational trends. The second part is a detailed arrangement of the functions that a lecturer should perform in his didactic work, taking into account the cognitive-constructivist theory of learning. The summary of the study consists of recommendations for universities and academic teachers in the field of effective use of e-learning technologies in the education process. | eng |
