Pozycja Nieskończona pieśń o człowieku. O Wiesławie Wodnickim(Wydział Sztuki UR, 2017-12) Niezgoda, GrażynaWiesław Tadeusz Wodnicki’s paintings used to dominate in group exhibitions – with their colors, large formats, flourish, expression. Using so intense means of expression, he conveyed lyrical and personal messages. A loner, he was very active exhibiting his works. Faced with the choice between line versus color, he chose both. The artist’s life revolved around art. He painted a lot, took active part in artistic life, was a member of many artist groups. His life was connected with Przemyśl and Jarosław, which were his home and a frequent theme of his work. It was very early that he developed his own artistic language, his style, which can be regarded as part of the figurative trend. The focus of his work was man and figurative compositions were the most important theme he took up. They were arranged in series and one of them was called Nieskończona pieśń o człowieku (Unfinished song about man).Pozycja Styl religijny we współczesnych tekstach modlitewnych – analizy egzemplaryczne(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2021) Wojtak, MariaThe article presents a characteristics of the religious style as a variety of modern Polish. This style is shown as a polarized and polymorphic category, open to other varieties of the language. In the analytical part the author focuses on description of those features of the religious style that are a continuation of the past. She shows such stylistic properties in the prayer texts as stereotyping, formulaicity, hieraticism and dialogicality, as promoted by the Catholic Church today (in the 21st century). Grammatical and lexical exponents of these features, i.e. forms treated as archaic, bookish and obsolete distance communication thus formed from the colloquial language.Pozycja Семантика тела в романе Артема Веселого «Гуляй Волга»(Wydawnictwo Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego, 2024) Мусий, Валентина БорисовнаThe object of the paper is Artem Vesely’s novel “Walk Volga” (1932) about the beginning of the colonization of Siberia by the Cossacks led by Yermak. The subject of the article is the place and role of descriptions of the body in the artistic world of the novel and in expressing the writer’s understanding of the historical nature of the Cossack campaign. Attention was paid to the form and external features of the body; to the body as a receptacle of energy, or, on the contrary, to that which is devoid of vitality; to the perception of someone else’s body; to the body as an object of external influences (natural conditions, labor, war) that deform the body. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that the images of the body and everything connected with it helped Artem Vesely express the idea of the ambiguous, antithetical character of Yermak’s campaign in Siberia.
