dc.description.abstract	Oddziaływanie nauczyciela na uczniów zazwyczaj realizuje się w toku trwałych i długofalowych interakcji na lekcji. Jednym z takich trwałych sposobów wywierania wpływu na uczniów jest styl nauczania. Powyższe stwierdzenia stały się źródłem inspiracji do podjęcia próby określenia realizowanych przez nauczycieli stylów nauczania i zestawienia ich z ich deklarowanymi stylami. Dzięki bowiem świadomości stylów nauczyciele mogą lepiej zrozumieć swoje zachowanie oraz efektywniej kształtować przebieg zajęć i relacje z uczniami. Świadomość stylu nauczania może również wpływać na organizację przestrzeni w klasie i ocenę jej aktywności. Umożliwia ona także przewidywanie konsekwencji interakcji szkolnych. Praca składa się z sześciu rozdziałów i przedstawia wyniki badań o charakterze diagnostycznozależnościowym. Diagnoza odnosi się do obrazu relacji nauczycieli z uczniami, opartych o typologię i charakterystykę stylów nauczania, natomiast zależnościowy charakter badań wynika z próby określenia czynników różnicujących badany stan rzeczy.	pl_PL.UTF-8
dc.description.abstract	The teacher's influence on students is usually the result of permanent and long-term interaction that takes place in the classes. One of the ways of influencing students is choosing a given teaching style. The statements above have become the inspiration behind an attempt to determine the teaching styles implemented by teachers and to compare them with the styles they declare to use. As it is the awareness of teaching styles that helps teachers not only understand their behaviour better but also shape the course of classes and relationships with students more effectively. Awareness of teaching styles can also affect the organisation of classroom space and assessment of the group's activity as well as it lets teachers predict the possible consequences of interactions that occur in school environment. The thesis consists of six chapters and presents the results of research focused on finding a diagnosis and presenting relations. The diagnosis refers to the image of teacher-student relationships that are based on the typology and characteristics of teaching styles, while the presentation of relations results from the attempt to determine the factors that differentiate the examined situation.	pl_PL.UTF-8
