Abstract

Globalizacja stanowi źródło postępu i stymuluje konkurencyjny rozwój i postęp. Nauki ekonomiczne podejmują głównie kwestie ilościowe przemian globalnych. Nie doceniają one aspektów jakościowych stymulujących jakość i nadając specyficzny kształt pracy intelektualnej. W procesie modernizacji gospodarki Ukrainy niezbędne jest dostrzeżenie potencjału intelektualnego skoncentrowanego w uniwersytetach i jednostkach badawczych.Globalization is the source and stimulator of competitive development and progress. Economic science establishes mainly quantitative global transformations, underestimating the paradigm value of the global economy phenomenon which stimulates the formation new high-quality conditions and peculiarities of intellectual labour. In the process of modernization of the Ukrainian economy it is necessary to realize intellectual potential concentrated in research universities.
