Wybrane metody badania zmęczenia psychoumysłowego w procesach przetwarzania informacji

Abstract

W artykule wskazano na skutki zmęczenia psychoumysłowego w procesach przetwarzania informacji. Dla celów diagnozowania tego zjawiska podczas pracy mogą być wykorzystane zaprezentowane w tekście wybrane metody pomiaru zmęczenia psychoumysłowego. Zaletą zaprezentowanych metod jest ich prostota i to, że nie wymagają wykorzystywania specjalistycznego sprzętu. Są prostymi testami. W zakończeniu opracowania wskazano na główne kierunki eliminacji zmęczenia w procesach pracy.The article the effects of psychic – mental fatigue in the processes of information processing were pointed out. For the purpose of diagnosing of this phenomenon during work the selected methods of measuring of psychic – mental fatigue can be use. The advantage of the presented methods is their simplicity, and that they do not require the use of specialized equipment. These are simple tests. In the paper the main directions of the elimination of fatigue in work processes are identified.
