Abstract

Opracowanie dotyczy gwarancji i realizacji praw dziecka w środowisku szkolnym. Scharakteryzowano w nim istotę praw dziecka, regulację tych praw w sferze edukacji. Zasygnalizowano także problem realizacji tych praw w polskiej szkole. Przedstawiono w nim również wyniki badań przeprowadzonych wśród studentów pedagogiki, które dotyczyły ich doświadczeń w zakresie realizacji ich praw jako uczniów, w kontekście roli nauczycieli w tym zakresie.The text concerns the guarantee and implementation of children’s rights in school. It describes the essence of children’s rights and the adjustment of these rights in the sphere of education. The problem of the implementation of children’s rights in the Polish school was indicated too. It presents the results of research carried out among students of pedagogy, which concerned their experience in the implementation of their rights as schoolchildren, in the context of the role of teachers in this area.
