dc.description.abstract	Celem pracy jest zrekonstruowanie językowego obrazu pojęć kluczowych dla polskojęzycznych tekstów metalowych z lat osiemdziesiątych XX wieku. Za materiał badawczy posłużyło ok. 300 tekstów z różnych odmian metalu. Na podstawie badań frekwencyjnych za pojęcia kluczowe uznano: ŚMIERĆ, SZATAN, NOC, ZŁO i STRACH. Zrekonstruowaniu obrazu tytułowych pojęć posłużyła metodologia kognitywna zastosowana w Słowniku stereotypów i symboli ludowych, redagowanym przez Jerzego Bartmińskiego. W tekstach metalowych o ŚMIERCI wspomina się bardzo często, możemy mówić o fascynacji nią. Nie brak jednak cytatów, które świadczą o wartościowaniu ujemnym. Istotne miejsce zajmuje w metalu leksem SZATAN. W języku ogólnym ma w zasadzie wyłącznie negatywne konotacje. Z kolei w przeanalizowanym zbiorze wiele egzemplifikacji potwierdza jego pozytywne waloryzowanie. Natomiast NOCY, kolejnemu pojęciu, w kulturze i języku przypisuje się niekiedy cechy negatywne związane z jej ciemnością oraz tajemniczością. Cechy te jednak są konstytutywne dla zgromadzonych tekstów i stanowią o specyfice obrazu tej pory. ZŁO w języku ogólnym zazwyczaj wartościowane jest negatywnie, zaś w tekstach metalowych bywa niekiedy kategorią pociągającą i fascynującą. Również STRACH w polszczyźnie ogólnej przeważnie należy do sfery uczuć negatywnych. Z kolei w analizowanych tekstach STRACH podporządkowany jest estetyce dominującej. Rekonstrukcja pojęć kluczowych dla metalu dowodzi więc, że autorzy tekstów bardzo często wartościują wyodrębnione pojęcia w sposób odwrotny do tego utrwalonego w języku oraz w kulturze. Poddane analizie pojęcia mają jednak wiele wspólnego z obrazem kulturowym, który wiąże się z wyobrażeniami ludowymi i potocznymi.	pl_PL.UTF-8
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this dissertation is to reconstruct the linguistic picture of key notions of Polish-language metal song lyrics in the ninth decade of previous century. The research material provides almost 300 lyrics that represent various genres of metal music. The frequency studies prove that DEATH, SATAN, NIGHT, EVIL and FEAR can be placed among the most important notions in metal lyrics. The reconstruction of eponymous notions was conducted according to the cognitive methodology used in the Dictionary of folk stereotypes and symbols edited by Jerzy Bartmiński. In the metal song lyrics DEATH is mentioned very often, which expresses fascination with it. However, there is no shortage of quotations, which indicate negative estimation of this notion. A lexeme SATAN takes very important place in metal. In the common language he generally has only negative connotations. Meanwhile, in the analysed collection of lyrics, much of exemplifications confirm his positive evaluation. In language and culture, NIGHT, another key notion, is sometimes attributed with negative properties concerning its darkness and mystery. However, these two properties are constitutive for the collected lyrics and define the specificity of the picture of this time. EVIL in the common language is usually estimated negatively, but in the metal lyrics it is sometimes an attractive and fascinating category. In the common language, FEAR usually belongs to the realm of negative emotions. In spite of that, in the analysed lyrics it is subjected to the dominating aesthetics. As a result, we can notice that the authors of metal song lyrics evaluate selected notions in the manner opposite to judgements established in language and culture. However, the reconstructed pictures of the notions discussed have very much in common with the cultural picture concerning folk and colloquial concepts.	pl_PL.UTF-8
