Offshoring jako szansa wykorzystania globalnych zasobów kapitału ludzkiego

Abstract

W artykule przybliżono offshoring jako najnowszy trend w procesie międzynarodowej ekspansji przedsiębiorstw. Wskazano motywy przenoszenia realizacji procesów produkcyjnych i usługowych za granicę oraz wyboru kierunków ekspansji w tej formie. Artykuł podkreśla możliwości i znaczenie pozyskiwania globalnego zasobu kapitału ludzkiego. Przedstawiono także formy usług offshoringowych i wymagane kwalifikacje pracowników. Wskazano na korzystne kierunki ekspansji umożliwiające pozyskanie odpowiedniej kadry.Offshoring as the most modern trend in a process of international expansion of enterprises were presented in the study. There were pointed out some motives for delocalization of production and service processes abroad as well as for choice of the direction of expansion in the form of offshoring. The study highlights possibilities and a role of gaining global resources of human capital. There were also presented some forms of offshoring services and the required qualifications of the employees. Moreover, there were indicated favorable directions of expansion that enable gaining adequate staff.
