Niniejszy artykuł został w całości poświęcony problematyce terminu do złożenia oświadczenia o zrzeczeniu się prawa do wniesienia odwołania. Instrumentem służącym przyspieszeniu osiągniecie celu, jakim jest wykonanie decyzji, jest prawo do zrzeczenia się odwołania. Może być ono wykonywane wyłącznie w trakcie biegu terminu do wniesienia odwołania. Omówiono konstrukcję prawną zawartą w art. 127a k.p.a. Zwrócono szczególną uwagę na termin początkowy i końcowy, w którym uprawnienie to może być realizowane.

This article was completely devoted to issues concerning the strict time limit in which the waiver of the right of the appeal against the administrative decision can be submitted. The legal instrument to accelerate the achievement of the goal of implementing the decision is the right to waive of the appeal. This construction can be performed only in strict time limit of appeal against a decision. There were discussed the legal structure contained in Art. 127a of the Act of 14 June 1960, the Code of Administrative Proceedings. Particular attention has been paid to issue of the time limit a quo and the time limit ad quem (cut-off date) on which the right can be exercised (performed).
