Abstract

Celem artykułu jest podjęcie próby oceny statusu prawnego zawodu optometrysty w Polsce. W publikacji podjęto kwestie ustalenia definicji tego zawodu, historii rozwoju tej dziedziny w Polsce oraz omówienia obowiązujących regulacji prawnych i podmiotów działających na rzecz uregulowania zawodu optometrysty w Polsce.The purpose of the article is to attempt to assess the legal status of the optometrist profession in Poland. The publication will address the issue of determining the definition of this profession, the history of development of this field in Poland and discussing applicable legal regulations and entities acting to regulate the profession of optometrist in Poland.
