Wstęp: Coraz większe wymagania ze strony pacjentów,
świadomość swoich praw przez pacjentów oraz ich
roszczeniowość niejednokrotnie przyczynia się do
występowania konfliktów na linii pacjent-pielęgniarka.
Cel pracy: Głównym celem niniejszej pracy jest ocena
wpływu zjawiska konsumeryzmu na zachowania
agresywne pacjenta w opinii hospitalizowanych
pacjentów i pielęgniarek.
Materiał i metody: Zastosowano następujące narzędzia
badawcze w przeprowadzonych badaniach: • Skrócony
Test Sprawności umysłowej wg Hodgkinsona • Pasat
Hospit 1, • Kwestionariusz Agresji BUSS-PERRY
(Wersja Amity1), • Skalę Kontroli Emocji CECS,
• Autorski Kwestionariusz ankiety dla pacjenta,
• Autorski Kwestionariusz ankiety dla pielęgniarki.
Grupę badaną stanowiło 593 pacjentów hospitalizowanych w szpitalu KSW nr 1 w Rzeszowa
oraz 300 pielęgniarek pracujących w tym samym
szpitalu.
Wyniki: Osoby skierowane nagle do szpitala lub
przeniesionego z innego szpitala posiadają wyższy
poziom agresji słownej. W odniesieniu do możliwości
zastosowania konsumeryzmu w zakresie udzielania
świadczeń zdrowotnych pacjenci częściej skupiają się
na teraźniejszości, co niewątpliwie wynikało z ich
aktualnego stanu zdrowia, ale też częściej zamierzali
skorzystać z prawa do złożenia skarg. Większym
obciążeniem psychicznym dla pielęgniarek były relacje
z pacjentami.
Wnioski: Wykonywanie świadczeń medycznych na
wysokim poziomie wpływa na odpowiednią satysfakcję
pacjentów-klientów usług medycznych, a co za tym
idzie oddziałuje na prawidłowe relacje pacjent pielęgniarka.
