Abstrakt
W artykule opisano główne założenia i zasady analizy SWOT. Zaprezentowano możliwości zastosowania tej metody w planowaniu perspektywy zawodowej młodzieży, a także opisano rezultaty wprowadzenia tego rozwiązania w praktyce szkolnej.
The article describes the main assumptions and principles of SWOT analysis. The possibilities of using this method in planning the youth’s professional perspective were presented, and the results of introducing this idea in school practice were described.
