Konsekwencje siedzącego trybu życia polskich uczniów – czy ratunkiem będą aktywne krzesła?

Abstract

W artykule poruszono problematykę siedzącego trybu życia dzieci i młodzieży w Polsce. Przedstawiono krajowe i światowe dane statystyczne wskazujące na niewystarczający poziom aktywności fizycznej polskich uczniów oraz informację na temat chorób i stanów chorobowych towarzyszących siedzącemu trybu życia. Przedstawiono związek między aktywnością fizyczną i uczeniem się. Zaprezentowano możliwość wykorzystania w procesie nauczania aktywnych krzeseł zaprojektowanych tak, aby wymuszać ruch i spontaniczną zmianę pozycji (tzw. wiercenie się).The article discusses the problem of the sedentary lifestyle of children and youth in Poland. National and world statistics showing the insufficient level of physical activity of Polish students and information on diseases and disease states accompanying a sedentary lifestyle were presented. The relationship between physical activity and learning and the possibility of using active chairs in the teaching process designed to cause movement and drilling was presented.
