W artykule przedstawiono informacje dotyczące obecnego systemu edukacyjnego, wskazując niezbędne kierunki kształcenia dla rozwoju branży, nakreślono funkcjonowanie systemu kształcenia u pracodawców oraz wskazano niezbędne zmiany dostosowujące system kształcenia do potrzeb pracodawców w odniesieniu do przemysłu lotniczego.
