В статье автор размышляет о детерминантах необратимой ориентации времени в эволюции социального бытия (историософская стрелка). Проблема стрелки времени связана с определенной тенденцией, некоторой закономерностью развития. Поскольку эта тенденция часто отождествляется с прогрессом, основная проблема, которую автор рассматривает, заключается в том, в каком смысле мы можем говорить о прогрессе в истории?In the article, the author reflects on the determinants of the irreversible orientation of time in the evolution of social existence (the historiosophic arrow). The problem of the time arrow is connected with a certain tendency, some regularity of development. Because this tendency is often identified with progress, the main issue the author is considering is whether and in what sense can we talk about progress in history?
