Zmiany w przestrzeni użytkowej regionu podkarpackiego w następstwie procesów urbanizacyjnych i transportowych

Abstract

The usable space of land is a subject of the specific processes coming from the human economic activity. As the result, there is visible a kind of change to its primary function from the agricultural one to the urbanization-industrial and communication space. As a consequence, it reduces the area of agricultural land in the country and expand the urban areas of transport routes. In the area of Podkarpackie region in years 1996–2010 there was decrease of the agricultural land by 25.4%, which indicates negative phenomenons within the food industry, but also confirms the increasing anthropogenic resources in the region.
