Abstract

Over a decade of auxiliary language operating under the Polish legal systems has raised many doubts. This is to say procedural aspects and administrative standards in terms of good governance is not efficient. Hence the issues listed in paper become a background for the desirable directions of legislative changes. Furthermore lex lata plane was accompanied by reflections on the designed and modified model of administrative proceedings.
