Abstrakt
W niniejszym artykule autorka wskazała znaczenie aktywności zawodowej w procesie kompleksowej rehabilitacji osób niepełnosprawnych, omówiła prawne aspekty zatrudniania osób z niepełnosprawnością, a także dokonała identyfikacji barier związanych z aktywnością zawodową osób z dysfunkcjami.
In the herein paper, the author at hand indicated the significance of professional activity in the process of complex rehabilitation of disabled people, while also describing the legal aspects of the employment of people with disabilities, as well as conducting an identification of the barriers associated with professional activity of people with disabilities.
