dc.description.abstractZabezpieczenie praw strony wymaga zapewnienia jej możliwości czynnego udziału w postępowaniu administracyjnym. Obowiązek ten ciąży na organie administracji zwłaszcza w przypadku strony nieobecnej, dla której należy ustanowić przedstawiciela ustawowego. Jego zadaniem jest przede wszystkim ustalenie miejsca pobytu strony, a także reprezentowanie jej interesów w toku całego postępowania.pl_PL.UTF-8
dc.description.abstractSecuring the rights of the party requires ensuring that it can actively participate in the administrative proceedings.
