| dc.description.abstract | Potrzeby informacyjne stanowią istotną grupę potrzeb w hierarchii współczesnego gospodarstwa domowego. Stopień ich zaspokojenia ma wpływ na rozwój indywidualny jednostek oraz sposób funkcjonowania całego gospodarstwa domowego. Urynkowienie polskiej gospodarki, jak też intensywny rozwój nowoczesnych technik i technologii oraz specyfika poszczególnych rynków w Polsce sprawiły, że zasoby informacyjne z roku na rok nabierały priorytetowego znaczenia. Z jednej strony rozwój nowoczesnych technologii oraz nowe zachowania i zmiany w mentalności gospodarstw (wynikające z ich otwarcia na świat i przyswajania wzorców konsumpcji realizowanych w krajach wyżej rozwiniętych), z drugiej zaś ograniczenia po stronie dochodowej istotnie wpływały na stopień zaspokojenia potrzeb informacyjnych polskich gospodarstw domowych. Generalnie zaś na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy uznać należy, że nastąpiła widoczna poprawa w zakresie stopnia zaspokojenia potrzeb informacyjnych polskich gospodarstw domowych. Świadczą o tym m.in. poprawa stanu wyposażenia gospodarstw w sprzęt informatyczny oraz rosnący dostęp do Internetu. Dodać jednak należy, że poziom zaspokojenia omawianej grupy potrzeb jest silnie zróżnicowany przestrzennie i zależy także od takich czynników jak: typ społeczno-ekonomiczny gospodarstwa, jego wielkość oraz poziom wykształcenia głowy rodziny. | pl_PL.UTF-8 |
| dc.description.abstract | IT needs make an important group of needs in the hierarchy of a contemporary household. The degree of their satisfaction affects the development of an individual and the way of living of the whole household. Marketization of the Polish economy as well as the intensive development of modern techniques and technologies together with the specific nature of individual Polish markets have given the priority meaning to the IT resources. The degree of satisfaction of the IT needs in Polish households has been influenced by, on one hand, the development of modern technologies, new patterns of behaviour and changes in mentality of households ( resulting from their openness to the world and adopting the consuming models present in more developed countries ) and on the other hand, the limits of income. Generally, based on the analysis, it is vital to admit that there has been a great improvement in the degree of satisfaction of the IT resources in Polish households. The growing access to the Internet and the improvement of the level of the IT equipment are among a few to support the conclusion. However, it must be stressed that the level of satisfaction of the IT needs is strongly diversified due to the territory and is also conditioned by such factors as the socio – economic characteristics of the household, its size and education of the breadwinner. | pl_PL.UTF-8 |
