Zmiany strukturalne, profile i efekty przemian krajów transformacji

| dc.description.abstract | Przedmiotem badań w artykule jest transformacja gospodarcza. Celem artykułu jest ocena przebiegu, efektów oraz profili transformacji wyróżnionej grupy dwunastu krajów (ET-12). Tworzą one geograficznie pas od Bałtyku, przez kraje Europy Centralnej do Adriatyku i Morza Czarnego. Okres analizy to perspektywa długoterminowa, tj. lata 1990–2017. W badaniach empirycznych wykorzystano miary tranzycji. Umożliwiły one ocenę transformacji w dwóch płaszczyznach: ogólnej – przebudowa instytucji i rynków (zmiany transformacyjne) oraz szczegółowej – zmiany strukturalne w sektorach gospodarki. Skonstruowano i wykorzystano miary łączne, a także miarę syntetyczną opisującą całokształt procesów transformacji. Wobec rozpoznanego nasycenia intensywnością procesów przemian zaprezentowano wyniki oceny badanych krajów w ujęciu oceny konkurencyjności i wzrostu gospodarczego. Wieloprzekrojowe i długookresowe badania krajów ET-12 przyniosły liczne rezultaty badawcze w postaci cząstkowych i szczegółowych ustaleń prezentowanych w artykule. Są one podstawą pozytywnej weryfikacji sformułowanych hipotez na poziomie uogólnionych wniosków: (1) kraje ET-12 wykazują nierównomierność zaawansowania zmian transformacyjnych oraz silne sektorowe zróżnicowanie intensywności zmian strukturalnych, (2) korzystniejsze i zrównoważone rezultaty zmian transformacyjnych są właściwe dla radykalnego modelu przemian, (3) nie występuje związek między modelem przemian a łącznymi rezultatami zmian transformacyjnych i strukturalnych, (4) profile krajów ET-12 są zróżnicowane pod względem efektów przemian, wzrostu gospodarczego i konkurencyjności makroekonomicznej. | pl_PL.UTF-8 |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of the research presented in the paper is an economic transformation. The aim is to assess the progress, results and profiles of transformation of a distinguished group of twelve countries (ET-12) – from the Baltic Sea, Central Europe, to the Adriatic and the Black Sea. The period which is analysed is a long–term perspective i.e. the years 1990–2017. In empirical studies, measures of transformation changes were used: the general level – reconstruction of institutions and markets and the detailed level – structural changes in the economy. Cumulative and multifeature measures of transformation were constructed and used. In view of the saturation of the intensity of the transformation, the results of the evaluation of the countries surveyed in terms of the assessment of competitiveness and economic growth were presented. Multi–layer and long–term studies have brought a number of research results (partial and detailed findings). They were the basis of a positive verification of formulated hypotheses in the form of generalized conclusions: (1) the ET-12 countries show an uneven progress of transition and strong sectoral differences in the intensity of structural changes, (2) more favorable and sustainable results of transition are adequate for the radical model of change, (3 ) there is no relationship between the model of change and total transition results and structural changes, (4) ET-12 countries’ profiles differ in terms of the effects of transition, economic growth, and macro-economic competitiveness. | pl_PL.UTF-8 |
