Stąd bezpośrednim zamierzeniem autora jest wyodrębnienie najważniejszych oczekiwań i wyzwań w stosunku do systemu zarządzania jakością i sprawnością działań administracji publicznej, które w dużej mierze czepią swoje doświadczenia z europeizacji prawa, w szczególności europeizacji prawa administracyjnego. Wskazana zostanie aktualna tematyka zarządzania jakością w administracji publicznej oraz wyodrębnione zostaną założenia de lege ferenda, związane z realnym wpływem na przyszłość w odniesieniu do sprawności administracyjnej.When undertaking the effort to scientifically evaluate the changes taking place in public administration itself, it should be noted that this is an extremely difficult task. This is due to the fact that the area of ​​observed changes is extremely extensive and these changes are considered on many levels, taking into account the achievements of various scientific disciplines. Hence, the author's direct intention is to isolate the most important expectations and challenges in relation to the system of managing the quality and efficiency of public administration activities, which are largely based on their experience with the Europeanization of law, in particular the Europeanization of administrative law.
