Celowym zabiegiem jest wyjaśnienie zagadnień w oparciu o koncepcję normatywną oraz dorobek doktryny w tym zakresie. Priorytetem jest dokonanie teoretycznej analizy i charakterystyki mechanizmów prawnych w tej materii, jak również ustalenie zasadności ich zastosowania oraz prawidłowości dotyczących jej regulacji prawnych w polskim porządku prawnym.The purpose of the article is to analyze administrative and legal issues concerning the nature of the fee for the removal of a tree or shrub and the condition of issuing a permit for the removal of a tree or shrub on replanting it or performing replacement plantings. A deliberate effort is made to clarify the issues based on the normative concept and doctrinal achievements in this area.
