Materiały i Sprawozdania Rzeszowskiego Ośrodka Archeologicznego 31, 63–78.0137-5725http://repozytorium.ur.edu.pl/handle/item/195In the article there are presented the latest results (2009–2010) of the research of the archaeological site No. 31 in Wierzawice. It was possible to identify there the remains of the hunting camp of the population of the Magdalenian culture, referred to the period of the warm Allerod oscillation (14th thousand. BC; one of latest Magdalenian sites in Central Europe!), indicated by the radiocarbon dating. It was discovered over 2600 flint artifacts deposited on a very small area (about 8 m2)(i.e. microtiths, burins, cores. flakes, blades and chips).polPalaeolithicMagdalenianlithic technologySouth-East PolandgeomorphologypaleolitmagdalenienkrzemieniarstwoPolska południowo-wschodniageomorfologiaResearch Subject Categories::HUMANITIES and RELIGION::History and philosophy subjects::Archaeology subjects::ArchaeologyResearch Subject Categories::NATURAL SCIENCES::Earth sciences::Exogenous earth sciences::Quaternary geologyWierzawice, st. 31 – nowy ślad osadnictwa magdaleńskiego w Polsce południowo-wschodniejWierzawice, site 31 – a new mark of Magdalenian settlement in South-East Polandarticle
