Domestic ventilation can increase quality of life of patients who can remain at home under the care of a therapeutic team. Multiple sclerosis is one of the diseases that require mechanical ventilation. This disease, leds in many cases to respiratory failure. Here, we describe a case of the patient who has suffered from multiple sclerosis for 23 years and is now mechanically ventilated at home.
