Postrzeganie przez internautów wybranych form promocji internetowej – wyniki badań ankietowych

Abstrakt
Celem artykułu było zbadanie percepcji przez osoby ankietowane wybranych form promocji w Internecie. Główne pytanie badawcze dotyczyło poznania, jak formy te oceniają i postrzegają respondenci. Ponadto starano się określić, jaki wpływ na decyzje zakupowe internautów mają wybrane narzędzia promocji. Badania przeprowadzono na próbie stu respondentów z różnych grup wiekowych. Utrzymują oni, że najczęściej spotykaną w Internecie formą promocji jest reklama graficzna. Za nieco rzadziej wykorzystywane uważają reklamy wysyłane na internetowe skrzynki pocztowe oraz drobne ogłoszenia zamieszczane na serwisach specjalnie do tego przeznaczonych. Ponad 70% badanych akceptuje wykorzystywanie Internetu do celów promocyjnych. Oceniając formy promocji stosowane w Internecie respondenci uznali je za zrozumiałe, choć denerwujące. Przy tym niewielka część narzędzi promocyjnych posiada zdolność przyciągania uwagi. Największym potencjałem do zainteresowania odbiorcy charakteryzowała się reklama graficzna, następnie reklama wideo oraz reklama w poczcie elektronicznej. Reklamę graficzną uznano także za najbardziej irytującą. Stosowane w Internecie formy promocji nie budzą na ogół zaufania respondentów. Najbardziej godnymi zaufania okazały się drobne ogłoszenia internetowe oraz reklama w wyszukiwarkach. Ponadto badani internauci deklarowali, że się podczas zakupów nie sugerują przekazami promocyjnymi zamieszczonymi w Internecie. Ponad połowa badanych za najbardziej skuteczne medium reklamowe uważa telewizję, zaś Internet tylko co dziesiąty badany.
Examining the perception by polled persons of chosen forms of promotion on the Internet was a purpose of the article. The main research question concerned the recognition how these forms respondents assess and perceive. Moreover the authors were trying to determine what influence on purchase decisions of Internet users have chosen promotion tools. The research was conducted on the sample of hundred respondents from different sorts of age groups. They are claiming that most often met form of the promotion on the Internet is a graphic advertisement. They regard a little bit more rarely exploited advertisements sent to Internet post-boxes and classified advertisements placed on web portals specially designed for them. Over the 70% examined persons accept using the Internet for promotional reasons. Assessing forms of the promotion applied on the Internet respondents regarded them understandable, though irritating. In addition the small proportion of promotional tools has an ability to attract attention. The greatest potential to arouse interest of the recipients have graphic advertisement, next the video advertisement and the advertisement placed in the electronic mail. The graphic advertisement was also regarded most irritating. In general, forms of promotion applied on the Internet don't inspire the respondents confidence. Internet classified advertisements and an advertisement put in Internet search engines turned out most trustworthy. Moreover examined Internet users are declaring that they aren't influenced during the shopping by promotional information placed on the Internet. Over half polled people for the most effective advertising media regards television, whereas Internet only just tenth examined.
