Opis
The increase in social activity amongst 10-year-olds manifests itself into the need to associate with and co-operate with peers, in accordance with the norms of social interaction in a group. One of the more preferred team sports by both adults and children is the discipline of football. An important aspect of being a trainer is gradually becoming the young player’s mentor, under whose watchful eye the player acquires physical fitness and achieves his first football milestones. The coach, his mentor, should be interested in comprehensive education and the upbringing of his young players. A young football adept, should not only do well in school, but he should be aware that it is desirable that successes at school go hand in hand with successes on the pitch. The subject of this study which is related to running a training group of ten-year-old boys at the Sports Championships Club in Niemce, the Student Sports Club named "School of Adventure" - football sector as well as the POM Football Club, Iskra Piotrowice, was inspired by personal experiences as a football coach and as a football player starting from being a young footballer in Niemce, through being a junior in Motor Lublin and an older junior in Gornik Leczna –to becoming a Lublinianka player, and then as a several-year-long LZPN referee.
