Статья посвящена изучению взаимных зависимостей, существующих между современной наукой и технологией. Автор указывает на существенное различие в подходе к этим корреляциям, принятым представителями теоретицизма с одной стороны, и сторонниками нового экспериментализма – с другой. Он утверждает, что теоретицизм опирается на прикладную модель научного знания с четким разделением на чистую науку и прикладную науку. Естественным следствием разделения является четкое разделение науки и технологии. Автор пытается показать, что прикладная модель научного знания во многих случаях порождает сильно упрощенную картину взаимоотношений между наукой и технологией, подразумевая, что главная цель науки это познание, а основной целью технологии является действие. Статья ставит своей целью бросить вызов этому утверждению, указывая на лабораторную исследовательскую практику в современных естественных науках.

The article is devoted to the study of mutual dependences between contemporary science and technology. The author points out the significant difference in the approach to these correlations accepted by the representatives of theoreticism on the one hand, and by the proponents of the new experimentalism, on the other. He argues that theoreticism is based on the applied model of scientific knowledge with a clear division into pure science and applied science. The natural consequence of the separation is clear separation of science and technology. The author tries to show that the applied model of scientific knowledge in many cases generates a very simplified image of the relationship between science and technology, implying that the main goal of science is cognition, and the main goal of technology is action. The article aims to challenge this statement, pointing to laboratory research practice in modern natural sciences.
