    The article “Polish-Russian War under”… green-white-red flag is devoted to the analysis of the Italian translation of Dorota Masłowska’s first novel. The author of the essay concentrates mainly on translator’s lexical choices, as well as briefly overviews selected efforts made by the translator. The article does not pretend to be a complete characteristic of the translation but is rather an attempt to partly answer the question of how much of this “artistically broken Polish” novel remains in the Italian version.
