Deadiektyw w pozycji drugiego argumentu we współczesnym języku rosyjskim i polskim

Deadjectives are a class of abstract nouns derived from adjectives that denote properties or qualities and their primary meaning may be defined as “quality/state of being A”, where A stands for the base adjective. The present paper deals with the contrastive analysis of Russian and Polish deadjectives serving as objects. Analysed sentences on the semantic level are polipredicative.
Leona Chwistka oscylacje artystyczne

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie koncepcji Leona Chwistka oscylacji artystycznych. W pierwszej części artykułu wyjaśnię znaczenie tego pojęcia, a także omówię rodzaje oscylacji. Ponieważ to pojęcie nie ma ściśle artystycznego charakteru, podam racje jego zastosowania w analizie obrazu. W drugiej części przeprowadzę analizę oscylacji genetycznej. Jest to szczególny rodzaj oscylacji, który umożliwia widzenie w danym obrazie całkiem rożnych przedmiotów. Wyłaniają się one z plam barwnych i mogą być identyfikowane przez odbiorcę na rożne sposoby. W części trzeciej skupię się na oscylacji między własnościami tego samego przedmiotu.

The article is an attempt to answer questions connected with objects, collecting and owning them, and their function. What is an object in a person’s life, how many emotions and meanings does it carry? Is it beautiful or useful and is beauty utility? Why does it define the times it was created in, and why, in the course of time, acquiring meaning, does it become timeless and everlasting? How does a collector make his way in the world of objects, what is his attitude to them? Where is the borderline between the desire to possess and the madness of possessing at all costs? Can the line be drawn? Museum exhibitions and their evaluation; exhibition correctness and viewers’ emotions.
Przedmiot metaforyczny

The author focuses on a specific aspect of a metaphor is, i.e. on a metaphorical object, which in contemporary art often plays a key role. He focuses on the differences in depicting an object on a plane and in space, accentuating a particular complexity of the role of the metaphorical object in spatial arts. The paper discusses basic aspects, such as: • a ready object • a transformed object • an object as an inspiration and transposition into a sculpting form To better illustrate the topic, the author presents and briefly describes from the metaphorical point of view a few examples of works of spatial art by various artists using the same object.
