Criterion for assessing the causes of road accidents according to a specific age group of drivers in Poland based on road incidents occurred in 2020

This research analyses the main causal factors that lead to road accidents. Particular focus has been on the demographics of drivers and in particular on the age group given that younger drivers account for the highest number of road safety-related incident/ accidents and fatalities. Other factors impacting road safety include the adequacy of the national driver training system, legislative requirements and organisational solutions for ensuring road safety. Behavioural and characteristics of drivers are considered as part of the causal analysis.
Police cooperation determinants with the National Labour Inspectorate

Cooperation is one of the forms of impact having a significant impact on increasing the efficiency of the implementation of tasks by cooperating entities. It can result either from legal regulations as specific initiatives of specific entities, also taking the form of an agreement. The Police cooperation with the National Labour Inspectorate is the result of specific normative regulations and the concluded Agreement, which includes a wide range of topics. An analysis of the parties’ activities against the background of the concluded Agreement indicates appreciation of its provisions by the Police and the National Labour Inspectorate to ensure the rule of law in employment and in other matters to which it relates.
Wykorzystywanie seksualne dzieci

Wykorzystywanie seksualne jest włączeniem dziecka w aktywność seksualną, której nie jest ono w stanie w pełni zrozumieć. Fakt ten jest bardzo rzadko ujawniany, ze względu na drażliwość tematu i brak wiedzy ze strony dorosłych opiekunów. Odpowiedzialność sprawcy za wykorzystywanie seksualne została uregulowana normatywnie w polskim prawie karnym. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest wykazanie objawów i form wykorzystywania seksualnego. Należy zauważyć, iż ukryty charakter tego zjawiska jest głównym ograniczeniem możliwości jego pomiaru i w konsekwencji odpowiedzi na pytanie o skalę i charakter tego problemu. Z reguły jedynymi osobami, które mają pełną wiedzę o tej sytuacji jest dziecko i sprawca.
