    Eco-development is the humans’ reaction to the adverse changes taking place in the natural environment. These changes are the result of the too extensive development of the organisations, which is not adjusted to the natural environment. Polluted environment equals polluted organisations. Humans’ reaction to the transformations taking place in the natural environment is the eco-development, on which you can look in the broad and narrow sense of the word. One of the ideas grasping the eco-development in detail is an original concept of Eco-developmental Triangle of Relations of Enterprises’ Development. The aim of the study is to present the original concept of the Eco-developmental Triangle of Relations of Enterprises’ Development. Two research hypotheses were adapted in the study. Hypothesis 1: The company in its development is guided by eco-developmental orientation, Hypothesis 2: Triangle of Relations of Enterprises’ Development in the form including Innovation, Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship takes the eco-developmental form as Eco-developmental Innovation, Eco-developmental Competitiveness, Eco-developmental Entrepreneurship which, as a result, contributes to the Eco-developmental Triangle of Relations of Enterprises’ Development. The following elaboration, apart from the empirical verification (surveys), is also based on the study of literature of the subject along with methods of interpretation of literature and methods of interpretation of survey results.
